Field trips can be booked for in-state schools, homeschool groups, student organizations, and 501(c)(3) groups.
Private Events and Group Booking

Field Trips and Tax Exempt Info:
- Field trip tickets are $20 per student, with mandatory chaperones being complimentary.
- One chaperone over 18 is required for every eight students, and chaperones must stay with students at all times while visiting - no exceptions.
- Field trip bookings are available between 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. CT, with time slots starting at 40 minutes past each hour.
- Bookings are based on availability.
- Meow Wolf Education offers free learning guides in three subjects for grades 3-12 and can be downloaded here.
